Creating abstract paintings from Corel on my computer or from Sketchbook Pro or Art Rage on my iPad is just plain entertainment. I love the way the tools interact and it is like real painting without the mess. Here is one from this week. Painted on Corel with some of my custom brushes along with the brushes from the program.
Using these types of painted surfaces make wonderful journal backgrounds. For a sketchy background just take a few strokes with your magic wand tool.
Play with other colors and techniques.
